Brooklynn has 5 spacious, comfortable guest rooms which have all been newly decorated over the past 2 years.
Each room has an ensuite toilet with a walk in shower. All rooms offer the following.

Strathisla A spacious room at the front of the house with a comfortable King Size bed, ideal for stretching yourself out after a busy day in the Cairngorms and surrounding area.
During the winter, we supply a 13.5 tog cosy duvet to keep out the winter chills.
The room has an en-suite toilet with walk in shower.
Glen Grant. This room has been newly decorated, bringing the original features back to life. It is a comfortable, spacious room at the front of the house, with a superior King (zip-and-link) bed that can be converted into twin beds. A smaller single trundle, ideal for small children, is available on request.

Glenfarclas This room has been newly decortaed, it is a quiet , calming room with a King bed. The room is located at the back of the house overlooking the gardens.

The Cairn A beautiful spacious downstairs room. It has a double bed and en-suite toilet with walk in shower, ideal for those who don't want to walk up the stairs.
Sitting Room A beautiful Victorian sitting room which has been newly decorated bringing the original woodwork and ceiling cornices back to life. It is a large comfortable room ideal to sitback and enjoy the ambience of the woodburning stove in a cooler day. We enjoy decorating the house with our flowers grown in the garden.
Dining Room A fine example of a Victorian Dining room, this room has been newly decortared bringing back to life the original wood features and ceiling cornice.
Breakfast is served in the dining room. We offer a full Scottish Breakfast, to ensure great quality, all our meats are sourced from the local butcher. We offer organic porridge and other tasty vegetarian options with ethical tea, partnership teas, and freshly ground coffee.
We provide gluten-free and Vegan breakfast options sourced from Balliefurth Farm Shop.
The homemade breakfast muffins are baked fresh every morning, and when possible, with seasonal fruit from the garden.
